So that users can be rewarded for forwarding on more users to the app. Give them a reward such a money off coupon and/or reward them with cashback in their bank account.

Can you please create/add an affiliate feature where people are rewarded for referring people to our app. So for example John do is a member and refers Jane smith to the app. Once she is a paying member John either gets a credit towards his membership and/or courses. How about one amount for when the referral becomes a paying member and a different amount every month after that where the referral stays a paying member? Thank you

When customers first buy in my external Checkout (I use Thrivecart) there is no was to make a zap directly to create an account in my app, so I could not get there content free immediatly. I have to manage eveything after they create it by there own. So I have to be super on point with recognize when they buy, then check if they still have an account, then check if the content is available and then maybe put it free manually.... It takes so long. I don't have many customers yet, but it is not the "Think big" way to manage customers I expected.

Why are all users forced to go through a 2-step set up when they download a free version of the app?!?!? First impressions are everything and they should have access to everything in the free version of the app upon download and sign/up. It took me weeks to discover 90% of my users were inactive (AND ALREADY DELETED THE APP) because they didn't have access to things. I have NEVER downloaded a free app and then not had access to the free content. The process is confusing and convoluted and sets us up for failure. Wasn't this tested before you rolled out your platform?! So confused... it's honestly a no brainer.

I REALLY hope that there will be some metrics and Reporting upgrades this year. I would love to know how many people I have in a given product for a specified time frame. I would love to know the lifetime of a customer. I would love to be able to download a CSV file that is able to be selected based on products.

Have the possibility to change the domain name of the website app. xxx.myname.com (in my own domain) instead of myname.passion.io ...(link....)

If someone looks at the payment page and puts in their email, it registers in the app even if they HAVEN'T PAID anything. This becomes confusing and was a problem when I had to register my clients to give them a temp password to then give them access, and then they COULDN'T ACCESS their program!! ARGH! Is it at all possible to make it that they are not registered UNTIL they make a payment?? Please?? This will also help avoid mixups with different emails that perhaps one client may have (it happened that one of my clients "registered" (without making payment) on the payment page with one email, of which I was not aware, then when I was trying to register her with another email, the one which she had given me when we had the discovery call, there was a problem, saying she was already registered, and she hadn't even used that email address! it was very stressful for a while... and it would be great to delete the emails / users that are not actually active!! I understand that it is useful to keep the emails and contacts of those who do not by anything at first, but if so, could there be a way of separating them into categories?? Thank you for considering... Also it would of course be very useful to be able to see details on each client - which courses or lessons they are doing, to follow where they're at on the course, without having to ask them. Today when one of my users don´t have put in a photo they cant access the community section. There is only a pop up that tells them "For a better experience update your personal information" It doesnt even say that you need a photo to get access to the community. I think that the users should be able to get in to the community without a photo. Now it is just irritating and seems like a bug/ Anna

Please fix so the subscription automatically ends when no new payment is made from external checkout. I have a Shopify Checkout and when costumers end their subscriptions I want them to have access to the App for the paid for period, but not any longer. I would change to Passion Payment if I could but it is missing a features that I need. End subscription Zap isn't working for me since it will end the access to the app directly, and sometimes costumers end their subscriptions months in advanced but still keep training for the rest of the paid period. I was under the impression this would be possible since one of your selling features is to minimize the administration. This is the bigger part of the administration to keep up with, me thinking this was possible was the biggest feature to joining Passion. It feels a bit like false marketing, since I've been trying to find the correct information on your sites. I didn't get it explained and notified that it is not possible atm until I talked to the third support ninja. The first 2 told me it was a bug that you where working on and would be fix so I waited for months checking in once in a while with the same answer. Otherwise Im grateful for a great app!
