Metrics and Reporting

I REALLY hope that there will be some metrics and Reporting upgrades this year. I would love to know how many people I have in a given product for a specified time frame. I would love to know the lifetime of a customer. I would love to be able to download a CSV file that is able to be selected based on products.

I agree! We have been using Passion.io for a year and the reporting capabilities have gone down instead of 'up'. We used to be able to at least view how many users would engage with the app on a daily basis but this is gone and what's left is just really hard to use. As Product Manager, I really struggle measuring what the user engagement is like. I have no idea unless I actually survey the users. There ought to be some numbers we could get that would also help us adapt our offerings based on both the feedback we collect and what the numbers show. Here are some things that would help us thrive:
- (essentials) show again trends of users engagement on a daily, weekly and monthly basis. Would be nice to have names/emails of who engages when.
- (essentials) easy way to filter, sort, view number of people on each plan, number of cancelled plans, which are paid vs given for free...
- (essentials) way to view training each user does so we have a better sense of how they are engaging with the materials provided, how consistent they are with their training and so we can help with encouragements and accountability.
- what pieces of content are the most used/viewed/played vs not. Thank you very much!

Passion.io CS Team We would love your input on this request to export the data that you are already tracking in the app into a CSV report.
- CSV that shows the Name, Email Address, Pricing Plan, Current Streak, Total Completed Activities, Activities in the Last 30 Days
- Report that shows How Many Views & How Many Completions for each course/lesson?
- Report on Top Contributors to the Community Tab
- Exportable Data for Trackers - Aggregate data for Private Trackers, Group Data for Public Trackers that include Leaderboard, Name, Email Address, Pricing Plan and Tracker Metrics/Values entered
- Report on Top People who have completed the most activities

Can you PLEASE have the CVS file pull in which pricing plan the user is part of? I have a lot of separate groups by pricing plan, and the dashboard allows me to filter by pricing plan (which is great), but when I try to export it, the CSV gives me ALL the users, not just the ones I'm trying to filter. This is a huge priority for me as I am launching my corporate client on my app right now! I need the ability to pull a report by pricing plan so I can have a list of all the people in the program within that specific corporate group. Thank you so much!!

YES YES YES this is what we need too. We are finding it so hard to track users, and price plans. The CSV is not much help. All the information is in the systems so a better way to pull it our would be helpful.

Yes please, without any visual changes, I'd be happy with supporting the dropdown filters currently in place. I can them manage the list with simple file names.

I would like account registry to require a name and not just an email addy too, otherwise searching is hard if their email is "splurge(at)xyz.com"

YES 🙌 This would be so helpful!!

Please please please can you improve the reporting so I can download a csv file for a specific group? The download csv option is available but it doesn't segment and therefore I can't get a list for a specific product. This means a lot of manual work.
please please please! It is my biggest feature request!

Agreed!! I need the ability to export the data from the profile page - current streak, number of activities completed, time spent in app, etc. - as I have to deliver these metrics to my corporate wellness clients about their employees who are using my app. It’s already being tracked… I just need a way to pull the data out into a report that is filtered by pricing plan (as that’s how I’m separating these groups of users). Is there a work around you can think of for me to pull out that data?
It would also be helpful to track and report on which pieces of content have the most views so I can use that data to plan out what type of new content to create.

I agree, me too
