I’d love if you could filter new users (active and inactive) by the day or week and see whether they use it on a Google or Apple device.

I have merged all PassionMetrics posts into this one for us to have clarity on the improvements and new ideas.
So far we have:
1- Ability to filter active vs inactive users
2- Ability to see which device the customer is accessing the app (at a glance)
3- Seeing email address of the user
4- User name-last name, country, gender
5- Ability to remove inactive users
6- Aggregated and individual level of user behaviour metrics such as what have they completed, time to completion, last visited, skipped lessons, most popular lesson
7- Having a nicely formatted downloadable CSV
8- Ability to see cohorts
9- Retention&revenue metrics

I see the pinned comment is from September 27, 2021 and about all of the features that everyone asked and I for one wish to have are still not implemented.
Know, I know it takes a lot of time to write code and implement stuff post testing and whatnot, but it's been almost two years for these requests.
And last 6 months we've been promised some features like being able to use our smartphones for managing our app from the passion platform.
That isn't live either.
Just reminding you guys we need some help here and there. You asked us and we asked you for them.

It's probably been asked here, but I just don't want to see emails and names of those who were involved in the testing phase of my App; my goodness there are so many in my list and it just gets confusing. I only want to see real sign ups and current users whether for paid or free plans at the moment. Please let us delete users in Metrics.

I am totally confused by the relationship between Metrics and Pricing Plans. (Manual access only; I don't use Passion Payments or Stripe.)
I deleted a Pricing Plan and it still shows up on Metrics. I have Pricing Plan names on Metrics that don't exist. I have users that have access to courses and I can't seem to deny them this access despite the course not being on the Pricing Plan. I have only the ability to "Cancel" a course and not make it "Inactive". Fed up.

Maggie Escobedo: Can you please add the profile metrics (current activity streak, activities completed in last 30 days, total activities completed, time spent in last 30 days) to the Passion Metrics? You are already tracking all this data. We just need the ability to export it into the excel reports. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE!!! This is SO important!!! I have corporate wellness clients, and they expect me to be able to report on these metrics for their employee groups in my app!!! BONUS: I'd also love the ability to track which courses and pieces of content have the highest engagement so I can continue to deliver relevant content that my users want.

Would love a way to see that my clients are doing the workouts/materials I’m giving them. I have a fitness app and do coaching within the app. I would love to see if my clients are doing the workouts or not to hold them even more accountable!

Is there a chance to see how many subscribers and how many times, have seen a course or a lesson, every month?
- It will help a lot to see the value of every class/lesson/workout.
- If i have more trainers than me in the app, i could check how many clients have done their classes/lesson/workouts etc.

I want to be able to delete users from passion metrics. Not just those that no longer subscribe, but those that entered emails incorrectly and had to open a new account. Or something went wrong and I have them open another account…I want to be able to delete the old one
