Why are all users forced to go through a 2-step set up when they download a free version of the app?!?!? First impressions are everything and they should have access to everything in the free version of the app upon download and sign/up. It took me weeks to discover 90% of my users were inactive (AND ALREADY DELETED THE APP) because they didn't have access to things. I have NEVER downloaded a free app and then not had access to the free content. The process is confusing and convoluted and sets us up for failure. Wasn't this tested before you rolled out your platform?! So confused... it's honestly a no brainer.
