We just released a long list of improvements to your Passion dashboard & apps.
New version: 3.6
Here’s what we rolled out:
✅ A redesigned & better-looking video player for your clients.
👉 improved hovering & play experience
👉 full-screen and settings-related bugs are fixed
👉 improved speed adjustment feature
👉 volume control added to the player
👉 better video player layout
✅ From now on, the status of your submitted app will be shown in your app builder’s Sales Channels, on the card of the app you submitted. You’ll be able to see whether your app is in progress, live, if there’s an update available, and if there’s an error you need to address.
Hey all,
We just completed a big release with the following features/improvements:
🟡 The Profile tab of your app has been slightly redesigned.
🟡 You will get the Notification History page in your app’s Profile tab. You can see it by entering your Profile tab and clicking the bell icon in the top right corner of the screen.
🟡 You and your clients can now tag people within community channels. To do this, simply go to the channel and type “@” or tap the “@” button and type the name of the person. You’ll be able to see all your tags on the Notification History page and you’ll see a notification counter on the channel.
🟡 You’ll be able to tag the entire channel by typing @channel. Every person in the channel will get a notification in their Notifications History page.
🟡 We've improved the 'Rename tabs' feature by making the new tab name consistent across the app—the page name and page tab title are now also updated.
🟡 We removed the Payments tab to focus all our capacities on delivering highly-requested big features in the following period that will bring a lot of value to your businesses. In the meantime, the quickest and most accurate way for you to get payment data is to log into the platforms you use to collect payments. Please visit your payment provider to access the data (Stripe, Apple, and Google).
- In addition, we have also started Community Push Notifications beta testing. A small group that consists of some of our Ultimate PLUS members are currently testing the feature and giving us feedback to improve it. Our product team is fully focused on delivering this feature, and we can’t wait to roll it out to everyone in the future.
To see these changes, your app needs to be up-to-date. If your version number (which you can check in your Passion Dashboard) is anything lower than 3.5, please proceed to updating your app.

Hi Creators!
Date released:
24.05.2022App version:
3.2.0We're super excited to announce the fixes that we've been working on to give you more control over your community.
Here are some of the new things you’ll be able to do within your Passion app:
- Send messages to channels that your clients can engage with.
- Remove inappropriate posts in a click.
- Allow clients to delete their comments.
- Comment on posts with photos & videos.
To make the members of your community feel safe, we’ve enabled them to:
- Flag a comment as sensitive
- Block or unblock other members of the community
Once a comment gets 3 reports, it will be hidden from all members. As a creator of the app, you’ll be able to approve the comment or remove it.
Community members won’t be able to see comments from other members they have blocked. Instead, they’ll see “Message from a member you blocked.” If they click on the message, they will be able to see the content of the message and the person who posted it.
Thank you for your patience!
