I understand that only we, the instructors, can initiate conversations with our participants. I would like the participants to have the option to initiate conversations/ask questions the same way this would happen in a FB group so that I won't have to still also have a FB group to allow that.

So far, we have the following community improvements:
1- Ability for customers to post/initiate conversations
2- Ability to tag customers
3- Ability to reply to customers on a post
4- Search bar for looking u topics

We are working on allowing members to send a message to other community members and the creator.
Members can already post anything in a channel, while reply to other members in a thread has also been released.

Allow everyone to post on the community feed like FB feed, not just on my posts. ' create a public feed where they can make posts and post photos etc, and make it more of a social interaction.
