Yes, should be customizable as we all have different businesses that possess unique liabilities and require waivers. Also, there is the issue of a certain level of professionalism in regard to it being that persons/business app.

The passion terms are unfortunately incorrect for EU user!!!
f.e.
- opt in check box for terms not available
- different right of termination
- multilingual terms necessary
- place of jurisdiction
Please make the terms customizable to our own terms.

Besides the trust building aspect we also need to add a sort of medical disclaimer to the terms which people need to accept.....any ideas about this?

Absolutely, it doesn’t build trust with customer who go to term of use and then see another business, marketing itself.
It also can take the customer totally out of my business to go into passion as those pages are marketing pages.

Please make this a feature. It defeats the purpose of having a native app, completely branded, only to have section of the privacy and terms be passion branded. If one purchases a complete passion brand off option, there needs to be a way to modify these link pages. Even if we just need to copy the terms and privacy to our own web link, at least it gives us a cohesive branding all the way through the app. As of now, it cheapens the process by having it go to passio.io's link.
