Tracking Feature is currently unusable
All Canines
The tracking feature was a huge selling point for me when deciding to work with passion. However, it is not editable, allows for no organization, is clunky to use, and its severely limited in its functionality. I have had several testers try and use it and quickly give up on it because they could not figure out where to find the exercises to track. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE upgrade this. We like in a data driven world. Clients want to use this and its I massive part of why I selected passion. This function in my opinion does not work as advertised. Please upgrade the tracking feature to allow for more organization and customization.

Agreed, very limited and practically unusable.

Tracking has a shockingly bad design and appears to be a quick and cheap after thought add-on. We were just about to launch our app and have decided to remove all tracking associated with all of our pricing plans so that this feature is no longer available/visible to our customers. It's really unusable, clunky and for a new customer to visit tracking for the first time it's frustrating to try and check-in with a simple goal value update, as depending on where you press on screen you can't update the check-in value, as photo upload modal appears or you end up in the notes field and a keyboard overlays the submit/update icon button which a new user wouldn't have a clue about. We don't need photos or notes all we were looking to capture is a score and a simple update is a frustrating user experience. Although we do understand that some business models might require photos and notes and different attributes to be added to goal check-ins/updates. Terrible that you can't edit topic and instructions without deleting goals and re-adding them and then you loose all user metrics associated with the goal. You can't even sequence the goals properly regardless of what you try. Tracking was a key feature of why we wanted the app and now we feel short changed and we can't deliver on what we had planned for our customers and the expectations we have been setting. Our first time posting here....not sure if leadership from passion take note of critical UI/UX issues or does everyone vote like mad to raise an issue for attention and eventually it gets added to a roadmap?
We plan to book a meeting with product specialists to raise our voices on this mess of a feature. I hope Dan the Passion Man reads this and takes note of the temperature with this major issue and prioritises this area that is leaving a sour taste for us and many others.

I agree. I asked for that. Sub categories
Picture to visualize or even small instructions videos.
Possibility to edit and reorganize

I agree! I would like to see an option of tracking multiple activities in one tracker. And even better if this data then exported to create data visualisation like flourish.studio.

Sue Johnston: Would love to be able to export the data!

I absolutely agree. I've just spent the past 2 hours scouring YouTube to see if anyone came up with a work around for tracking reps and weight for exercises. How can we offer so much without this basic function? I'm literally embarrassed that I can't offer this.

Also extremely disappointed with the Tracking feature for Habit Coaching. Clunky, and users see ALL habits put in there, even it they are for others and not turned on for others to see their individual progress. Great if users only see their own habits they are tracking, unless it's turned on for others to see other users' habits. And also that users can create their own habits.

Tracking needs an overhaul. Not everything is tracked in minutes or on a scale, sometimes it is simply checking an item off as complete.
Thanks for bringing this topic up again - there are a number of requests but spread out over many threads.
