There is almost zero way for us to measure user engagement
Pauline Larmaraud
we really need a way to view and better understand how our clients/learners really engage with the content we put out there. This will enable us to constantly improve our offering. There are about a dozen or so tickets like this that many people have voted on. You can search by either 'metrics' or 'reporting'. Unless I missed something, Passion.io hasn't done anything in over a year in this area and the basic feature is way below what one would consider the bare minimum for us instructors to be able to measure how we are doing. All we get is the number of how many users logs on in the month. If you search 'reporting' or 'metrics' in the list of ideas here, you'll see a lot of people have been asking for it. Here are a few links to the other tickets if you want to check this out. I would much appreciate if someone would reach out to me and explain what the plan is for this particular idea.

I agree with everything said here. For those waiting on this feature, I have a work around I have been using zapier to log all client activities in a google sheet. Its clunky and doesn't analyze or aggregate data for you (you maybe could set it up to do more fancy data compilation). It is not a solve for this missing feature but keeps my coaching business informed of basic engagement. Here is the zap template https://zapier.com/shared/939f37cc996beaa373a9a46bd794e30622c33037
Oh LaLa
Elizabeth Tollis: Thank you so much for sharing this workaround, Elizabeth! This is so helpful. I am curious what you selected as a trigger in the #1: did you pick "All lessons"? Anyway, thank you so much for this.

I agree this needs to occur. I need to be able to see the progress of members for a plethora of reasons. This is incredibly important for anything coaching related.

I need to know if people have done the work!!!

Here are a few user stories/needs/business requirements that this could fulfill: 1. As an instructor, I need to know what lessons/recordings/content my users are consuming so I know whether they are doing the work and so I know how far they are in digesting the content and so I know how much of what they are consuming/watching. 2. As an instructor, I need to view what content/lessons a particular user has consumed so that I can coach them/see where they are at/see where they might get stuck and need help. 3. As an instructor, I need to view what content my users are viewing/consuming the most and what content my users are viewing and consuming the least so that I can adapt my offering based on what's successful/less popular. As an instructor, I need to view how many lessons are being watched by how many users per day, per week, per month, per year (we used to have that, it went away). As an instructor or a coach, I need to view the dates and times of when my users are practicing/learning so that I can better coach them (helping them with accountability, discipline, consistency). I am happy to help brainstorm more important reporting ideas and key metrics.

Yes. Yes. Yes. Need to be able to track what they start and finish on our own. Typeforms are unreliable, as not everyone completes them. We need to know if/when people are getting stuck so we can respond appropriately—and congratulate them on progress and completion. Knowing how far someone has been and what content they’ve covered allows us to reference that in our interactions with them. PLEASE ADD THIS FEATURE! Thanks!

YES THIS IS A MUST!! I’m not sure why this feature hasn’t been implemented yet

Totally agree. I switched platforms and made the mistake of not confirming passion offered this ability for us to track how users engage in our offerings. I assumed this would be possible. This is definitely top issue on my list

Totally agree.

I went into developing my app through passion with the idea that this simple metric was available. When I could see these type of stats on my own profile when using my app I assumed I could also see the metrics for my users.

Have to agree!
